I picked up covid in London last month. My daughter just caught a case of it in Philly. I’m not going to get political about it, but this thing is no joke. I’ve tested negative for the past three weeks, but I’m still tired, congested and confused. I know it’s just a flu but I’m taking every precaution not to spread it or get it again. Fortunately in my case, it hasn’t been life threatening, but a disease of any kind slows the mind and it has to, if the body wants a chance to heal. At the very least, I made my peace with an aging process that highlights the value of time.
